Béatrice Balcou

Béatrice Balcou (°1976, Tréguier, France) lives and works in Brussels. Her sculptures, performances and installations have been exhibited in Belgium, France, Germany and Japan.

In 2018, she was laureate, with Yuki Okumura, of the French Institute’s residency at Villa Kujoyama in Kyoto, Japan. The works of Béatrice Balcou are part of the collections of CNAP Centre National des Arts Plastiques (Paris), FRAC Franche-Comté (Besançon), FRAC Ile-de-France (Paris), FRAC Corse (Corte), CIRVA (Marseille) and Cera - M Museum (Leuven).
